Terms of service

Updated 2026-10-01Draft for the Crowd Echo preview. Legal operator details and the final policies must be confirmed before launch.

Using Crowd Echo

You must be at least 18 and meet the age and entry requirements of each mission. Give accurate account information, keep your login secure and only submit content you have permission to share. Business users must be authorised to act for their business. Do not submit false attendance evidence, impersonate someone else or misuse the service.

Missions and rewards

Joining reserves a place subject to the mission details. A waitlist place is not a confirmed reservation. Attendance rewards require verified check-in and the displayed conditions. Where a story reward is offered, the full amount includes the story portion: the total is split 60% for attendance and 40% for an approved story. For a $10 mission, $6 is earned after verified check-in, the required 45-minute stay and tapping Check out, with $4 after story approval. Posting is optional and not posting does not remove an earned attendance reward. Amounts and currency vary by mission.

Posting a story

Tag the business shown in the mission and @crowdechoapp. Clearly disclose the rewarded relationship, for example with a visible Ad label. Share your honest experience; a positive review is not required. Only upload the screenshot needed for verification and avoid including other people's private information. Submitting it permits private review and storage for verification, not public reuse in our advertising.

Redemptions and charges

Review the points deduction, currency, destination and any displayed conditions before confirming a withdrawal or gift card. Joining the member app does not start a paid subscription or automatic renewal. Organisers must review the attendance budget and applicable charges before publishing. We do not guarantee a particular attendance level, earnings or business result.

Cancellation, closure and disputes

You can cancel a reservation from the mission flow. Organisers can cancel events with confirmation in their portal. Members can delete their account from Profile; read the warning about unused points before confirming. Already-requested payouts remain due for fulfilment. Use Support to dispute an attendance, story or payment decision. See the refunds and cancellations policy for the current process. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Before public launch

The legal operator, business address, public contact, applicable jurisdiction and final commercial terms must be completed and reviewed before public release. These preview terms do not claim legal approval.
