Member reservations
Crowd Echo currently does not charge members to join a mission. Cancel from the mission page if you cannot attend. Cancelling an unverified reservation does not earn attendance points. A cancelled mission closes new story uploads.
Withdrawal and gift-card requests
Check the amount and destination before confirming. If an unfulfilled redemption is rejected while your account is active, its points are returned to the original currency wallet. A paid request cannot be automatically refunded as points. Contact Support about a mistake or an undelivered payout; an authorised review is needed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Organiser cancellations and billing
Use the event cancellation control in the organiser portal and review the confirmation before proceeding. The event report shows verified attendance and the applicable bill. An automatic card-refund service is not currently implemented; any payment dispute needs review. Final payment-provider terms, fees, refund timing and a public contact must be disclosed before accepting live organiser payments.
