Crowd Echo connects businesses hosting events with members looking for something to do. Businesses offer a reward for attending; members sign up, turn up and check in. You manage it all in one organiser portal.What kinds of events can I create?+
Think restaurant tastings, live music, pop-ups, workshops and community experiences. Add a clear description so guests know what to expect. Current venue support covers London and Boston, for adults aged 18 and over, with 21+ options where needed.What am I paying for?+
You set your guest count and attendance budget. Your cost is based on guests who check in, up to your booked capacity. Fewer check-ins means a lower attendance bill. The portal shows the per-person amount before you publish.What happens if someone cancels?+
Your waiting list can hold the same number of people as your confirmed guest list. If a place opens before check-in closes, the next eligible person in the queue is automatically confirmed.Will I hear what guests thought?+
After the event, checked-in guests can give a 1–5 star rating and tell us what they liked and what could improve. Ratings are collected in your Event summary. AI-written feedback summaries are coming next.How do I get started?+
